I'm wondering, what do you all think? Shouldn't TV Shack have a Blog and Comments system? If not a blog system, something far less straining like a Wall system, much like Facebook?
There needs to be far more interaction on TV Shack, and the one feature that would spice it all up would be interaction between the friends you are able to make on TV Shack. I mean, what's the use of making friends, picking favorites, monitoring subscriptions? We need comments and thoughts on such, made by your friends and yourself. As always, my help is freely available to TV Shack only.

Hmmm, I agree and disagree. As much as getting more and more features seems fantastic, I don't want TVShack to become a social network...
Dev team's blog would be a nice thing... perhaps a statistics page? (I'm interested in how much information is being processed etc.) .... As for chat, perhaps an IRC wouldn't hurt, but I don't think it is demanded as much....

I just want to be be able to write to friends, and write on my own profile. Because like I said, without the users input, the favorites, and subscriptions, and most importantly, your friends are pretty null-in-void.
While not wanting TV Shack to become a 'social network' is a noble standing, however you miss the point of entertainment: it is a social network. I mean, who watches a movie and doesn't discuss it with their friends? A recluse, obviously, who wouldn't want a social network.

Do you mean by the Invision Power Board feature? I'm talking about the TV Shack profiles, not the IPB profiles.

I think its a good idea, but we'll just have to see if we have time to get this all implemented.
