Please read the pinned topics!

Make sure you read the pinned topics as they contain helpful information on how to resolve problems for many common scenarios.

Ignore them and help might be far away because it will take ages before we have the info we need or the answer to your question is already there.

Mozilla Firefox is not only better (more secure, has lots of features and add-ons, etc) but is also required in order to view some videos. Please make sure that you are using it before reporting any links as "dead". It can be downloaded free of charge at: http://getfirefox.com

Also, please make sure to include a link and screenshot if you decide to make a thread about a specific problem. Instructions on how to do it can be found at:
Click here to go to: How to take a screenshot

If the videos slow down or stop, please make sure to read the following information about it and what you can do:
Click here to go to: Videos stop half-way through buffering or slow down. Why is this? What can I do?

Servers hosting the videos may have problems at that specific moment and an admin might make a post regarding that. Please wait a few hours and try to view the video again before reporting it dead.

Moreover, please keep in mind that depending on your connection and what I explained in the previous link, the videos may take a while to start. It is very unfortunate but TV Shack has no control over connectivity issues.

Another suggestion is to click on search on the top right (next to new posts and quick links) and type in a keyword referring to your problem since it may have been discussed already.

If you use Firefox, have done what is suggested above and STILL cannot view a video or are experiencing problems, please let us know and we will try to fix it as soon as possible.

Your patience and understanding is always appreciated.

Thanks and enjoy!
